First course is Pakistani and Indian professional cooking program and its internship duratoion is 6 months. The second course is promotion of Pakistani Cuisine and its duration is 3 months. In this course we teach italian, Thai, Maxican, Fast Food and pizza. These courses are studies + practical and full time training for hotels + restuarant meals. The candidate must be equivalent to matric or more.
